Horrible experience! My husband purchased a Pandora Rose bracelet with 2 Pandora rose crystal heart clips. I only wore this bracelet on special occasions. Well, one of the clips continuously kept falling off. Luckily I had it & returned it to the store for an exchange. However, the next time I wore it (to a Charity gala), I look down & my clip is gone. I return to the same store & they say without the charm it's nothing they can do! Irregardless of the fact that the system shows, the bracelet was brought & charm previously returned because of defects..... Really? If I had the freaking charm that SHOULD NOT HAVE COME OFF IN THE 1ST PLACE, I wouldn't have to return to the store. Now, I'm out of 70.00 and have no charm. I'm very disappointed for an owner of 6 Pandora bracelets. I understand people run scams, but a repeat customer, with documentation, receipts & history...not to mention relationship with the company (sigh). I'm beyond disgusted & disappointment. I'm truly ready to sell all of my bracelets. However, I will be contacting the corporate office.

I was Greeted by a very unhappy woman and she told me that If I wanted anything at all I had to put my name down on the sign in sheet or no one would help me. She was very rude. I was planning on purchasing a ring but I decided to leave instead because the coustomer service was so bad. I decided to take my business elsewhere and refuse to go back to this store again.

Purchased a bangle online & the side clasp would not open. It clearly says on the receipt I can return to the store. However, she tells me over the phone I am not sure I can? Explaing to me how to open the bracelet.....no I have several different styles of this bracelet I know how to open it. Horrible customer service! I got the receipt & just received today. I would NEVER spend a dime at this location!
