I walked in with high expectations and about 20 minutes to find the "right" engagement ring. What I wanted ended up being a bit too specific for what was available at the time so I ended up getting one made. Since I only had the most basic knowledge of gem quality and the process of making an engagement ring it started out a little scary, but Kirk explained everything very well. We thoroughly discussed the different options I had for the diamond, crown, and band in order to make the ring I was looking for. He was an open book regarding cost, my price range, and every tangential question I asked like how to safely transport the ring overseas to the country I would be proposing in. To top it off I only had a week before flying there, which I suppose the millennial in me thought was plenty of time... Kirk made it happen, the ring was perfect, and she said yes of course! The professionalism and expedience of excellent service here is why I was able to propose at a very special juncture in my relationship that I would have otherwise missed, and is the reason I'll shop here again as soon as I can afford to ;)

I attempted to resell a ring and even though they weren't able to buy it from me, Kirk and the other employees were extremely kind and professional throughout the process. They kept me informed throughout the valuation process with the diamond and estate buyer and offered additional advice when they ultimately weren't able to purchase my ring. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants a trusted valuation of a diamond or other jewelery piece.

I don't know where to start. the owner..Kirk is awesome,smart knowledgeable,wonderful story teller and amazing that he can remember your name your purchase's(many for us),and then more! I love his designs. Too many words to describe the shopping experience there!

I took a watch here to get some more holes punched in the band because it was too big, plus a pearl earring because the pearl detached from the stud. The additional holes in the watchband don't match the spacing or shape of the previous holes and don't follow a straight line. The pearl earring has visible epoxy all around the edge of the stud. I'm not sure if that can even be fixed. Very sloppy work for both items.
