What a treasure of a shop! They have so many incredible items in this little space, from higher-end pieces of jewelry and watches to lower-end items I purchased lots of. The prices were great and many pieces were of very high quality. An extra shout out to the experts at this store. Got a ton of help exploring and finding items from Tony, along with a ton of great stories and conversation, then got some helpful info about stones and gold from Kathy, and Tim helped me remember that my wedding and engagement rings are actually pretty fancy if I would only have them cleaned and buffed once in a while! I had forgotten they looked like this! Thank you so much for your time, your expertise, and your company. I'm not the biggest jewelry person, but found it easy to spend a long time here. Excited to stop by again next time I'm in town.

Tim was really great. I was on a fun afternoon shopping trip with my teenage daughter and her friend. We were next door and decided to stop in since we had never been in before. We had no idea what to expect. The girls loved looking at all the jewlery and Tim was so kind. Teenagers are not always given good customer service, but he let them try on as much as they wanted. He even let them each pick a ring. It was refreshing to see. Thanks for making our afternoon together so much more fun.

I am new to the area and did not know much about the engagement ring process Tim was a huge help in helping me through the process. He was very informational and supportive and I will definitely be retuning to him, he’s a very genuine person! THANK YOU TIM.

The store is nice overall. I don’t know anything about jewelry. There are times I would bring Jewelry in and if I brought in something valuable the staff was always super nice but if I would bring a piece of jewelry in that I know nothing about and it’s not worth anything sometimes the staff members attitude would change. Their smiles are gone, they shut down, and act like you wasted their time and can’t get you out of the store fast enough because sometimes I have questions.

When I say I am impressed, that’s an understatement. I came to this store to see how much I could get for an old gold ring and just to check it out since I have never been there before. From the moment we walked in everyone was extremely welcoming. The vibe in the store was very “at home” like, which I loved. I didn’t feel pressured to buy anything and Tim and Shelly were absolutely phenomenal. We found the most gorgeous affordable bridal set. Every employee in there was smiling and willing to help us out. We will definitely recommend to everyone and we will be back for all of our jewelry needs. If you have not checked out University coin and jewelry, you’re missing out! Thank you guys! 😊
