Joelene and her team were super professional when dealing with our townhouse. They got us an accurate quote very quickly and the turnaround time from quote to getting the job done was exceptional. They were also upfront with everything and informed us in advance if anything came up so that they were no surprises. The only reason this is not a 5 star review is that they don't take credit card payments.

I wanted a couple of rooms and a large, high wall in the front foyer painted. Keiko came to the house and gave me a quote within a couple of days after I contacted her. She emailed me a quote and then a contract. She scheduled the job within a week. She and her painter, arrived at the promised time, reiterated the contract and the job was completed beautifully within the day. Every part of this process was professional, prompt, competent and easy (for me). I could not have been happier with the service or the end result!

I have gotten to know Joelene over the past year or so and have seen her work first hand. Coworkers of mine have used Joelene and her team for residential painting projects and have nothing but good to say about their service and professionalism. I recommend Joelene and Pro Works Painting for your painting needs.
