TruNorth has been excellent to work with B2B. I would recommend them to anyone, their integrity is top notch and they follow through on their promises.

"Professional company that stands behind their warranty" Our house was painted by TruNorth Painting and they did an outstanding, professional job! Two years later we had some flaking/pealing and we talked to TruNorth about it being covered under our 3 year warranty. They were extremely responsive, sending out an evaluator immediately. We talked with the owner, Eric Morud who also came to our site and he totally agreed with the assessment that it was all covered under our warranty agreement (including material and labor). Eric was extremely friendly, cooperative and reassuring that he was going to take care of the problem. That very next day he had a painter on site who resolved all our issues. I would not hesitate to use them again on future painting projects.

Update 10/1/2015 Eric came on site and discussed the problem. I understood that they had a glitch in the tracking system and that is why lack of follow up. They took ownership of the problem and promised to fix it. And they did! Sent a crew several trips to take care of the problem with us. They tried several solutions for a seemingly uncommon issue they encountered on our project. I am satisfied with the effort they made to take care of the problem as well as the results of their solution. ******** Original post *** Same story here! It has been two months since my initial call to resolve several issues with a paint job. I provided them with pictures and other information but so far no follow up. It seems like this business does not value its customer. My suggestion is to no do business with this company. They subcontracted our painting project to someone else and I only saw them when they needed payment. I am still waiting for a resolution for unsatisfactory work results.

Trunorths driver hit our car and when we stoped to talk the driver begged us not to call the police because he had a suspended license and then on top of that it took trunorth weeks to get back to us and there insurance company told us that they were hoping it would resolve its self.

I called because I had some peeling on my house. On my first call, I was told there was a new owner, Eric Morud, under a new name, TruNorth Painting, and that they had bought the franchise (formerly CertaPro) and assured me they would have someone get back to me right away. I first called in May and 5 months later after dozens of phone calls and emails, all initiated by me, the owner finally called and stated they had no record of our project and that it must have been a different CertaPro franchise. On top of having to wait so long, he was rude and expressed no concern that it had taken all these months to tell me this.
