I'm only giving them 3 stars mainly because they are a dinosaur trying to survive in the modern age and I think fighting a losing battle. Of the 50 or so games I've purchased over the last 12 months or so, at least 45 were purchased using an online store. I personally think the experience was better that way, and I can see my future purchases being made the same way. I will say that if you prefer the storefront service then this place is one of the best and add back 1 or so (1.3, 1.4) more stars. As I deducted based on the experience and not these guys personally. I do miss the days of waiting for a title to drop at the store, but I think that is nostalgia talking. :)

People are super friendly here. Some stock however is only available online due to the size of the store. It may be worth going in anyways though for the great conversations that inspire creative ways to play.

I am biased... I love these games... however I find staff to be in your face all the time. I have come to find this is not high pressure sales, turns out geeks get excited when meeting new geeks who like the same thing. Super fun games! Friendly and knowledgeable staff. No offense is intended with the word geek. I am a Geek and proud of it!

Friendly even to people who don't know what's going on, staff were very nice when my excited little brother knocked over a figurine. Not saying you should go there to knock over their most expensive products, but the staff are all very willing and enthusiastic to show you around. Only lost a star because they were pushing the included brand of spray paint, and hey, figurines might be my brother's thing, but I know cheap overpriced paint when I see it. Get it if you want, but I'll bet you'll have to re-coat those things plenty of times. I told my brother to save up for whatever figurines he wants, but to get paints for them elsewhere, that would be my advice to anyone. Anyways, I keep hearing the figurine selection is great and customer service was awesome. You can tell this is their hobby too.
