went to the store over the weekend. There were two females busy yapping with each other... there was no greeting or anything close to it... regardless, hung around the front part of the store browsing through the brochures and paint samples for maybe around 10 minutes hoping I'd be noticed but to no avail.. so left without speaking a word with anybody in the store. took my business to a rival paint store nearby.

I always buy paint from Benjamin Moore and really enjoy coming down to this location. The staff our incredibly helpful and knowledgable about paint and do-it-yourself projects that have saved me a lot of money and most importantly time. I've come in for colour help numerous times and their colour consultant, Donna is great. She suggested a few different colour combinations that worked beautifully in my apartment. I would highly recommend her.

Benjamin Moore paint is the best! It's nice to have a location in central Coquitlam. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Will definitely be returning in the near future.
