Great company, Chris and his team are a fantastic group to work with. They are very professional and their quality of work is fantastic, love having them on job sites!

Chris Verrier of the Paint Gurus is the worst painter we have ever used. He was paid $4466.70 by a local West Kelowna cabinet maker, doing business as a general contractor, to paint the main floor of our demo'd home. Not only did he do a poor job of the walls and window trim (poor coverage and painting in the presence of heavy drywall dust), he left our home with numerous deficiencies. In addition to the walls, window/door trim and crown molding, he was paid to paint all our baseboards, fireplace mantle, kitchen ceiling and kitchen walls, none of which were completed. In fact, the baseboards were not even in our home prior to the Paint Gurus’ permanent abandonment of our home. When confronted with these discrepancies, Chris Verrier either lied that he had completed them (e.g., he stated that he had painted the fireplace mantle and put primer on the kitchen ceiling) or denied that they were ever part of his contract (e.g., painting window sills/trim and priming bare drywall). Further, when he came back to pick up his tools a month after leaving our home, he claimed that this represented a "final walk through with the client" and that we were pleased with the unfinished works. When we gave Chris an opportunity to rectify the situation, he indicated that he owed us nothing and had "made up" a new invoice (6 months after walking out on our job) and if he wasn't paid, he would place a lien on our home. I wouldn’t recommend the Paint Gurus given that their work was incomplete, poorly done and Chris Verrier took money for work that was never done at our home.
