Actually I selected (even double checked) that I would likely recommend the store. By in large, the help is friendly and professional. I find it odd that when I routinely spend $60/gallon that because the 30% sale was happening, they declined giving me my military discount. Clearly SW does not honor the dozens of times I have purchased without any sales or promotions happening.

1) I like the paint. 2) I like having things on file so when I need a paint I can go get it. 3) People are friendly and helpful in the store.

120% agree that the heavy set guy is one of the rudest I have ever encountered in a home improvement store. Absolutely disappointing, I will never go back to this store.

Sherwin-Williams paint is better than other paint that I've used.

They were very helpful when I needed paint. They told me when to come back and get it on sale. That saved me several hundred dollars.
