Very disappointed from start to finish with the administration of this company. CAA cites them as a trusted partner however, clients beware. Sales person visited 2 weeks prior, stayed for 1.5 hours. He provided a detailed quote. A day before the job started, he called to back items out of the job. When the subcontractor arrived, I was informed that they could not complete the job at cost quoted because the sales person was inexperienced. Sales person would not phone me back, I had the subcontractor waiting in the driveway to start the job. Owner finally called, and we were able to re negotiate the price. The worker did a great job. Then billing....I gave them my credit card number, they lost the credit card number and then ended of double charging me. Future clients beware. Owner (Yasir) did nothing to compensate me for the inconvenience or apologize. His words- “some clients can’t be satisfiedâ€. I’ve received better service from student painters.

I would not recommend this company for many reasons. The initial bid to paint a small condo was lower than most other companies but they had hidden costs that added up to a lot more than expected (ex: limited number of doors!!). Also, to justify their cost, the owner purposely over-estimates the time required to the job (ex: 3.5 days) when it can actually be done in half that time (ex: it was done in less than 1.5 days). Upon first inspection, the work seems ok/average but after a closer look, only 1 coat was done under bulkheads, some receptacles were painted over or not painted close enough to allow the plates to cover the unpainted portion, some spots were clearly missed on the walls during the 2nd coat and the ceiling was left with many spots of coloured paint from the wall. This company cares way more about the money than it's reputation. Look elsewhere.

After attempting to paint the interior of our house ourselves we decided to hire CertaPro to complete the project. The job consisted of painting Crown Molding and Wainscoting in one colour and walls in another. Right from the beginning we had excellent service. The team was very accommodating to our schedule and even rescheduled to a later date that worked better for us. The crew that came to do the work were very nice and cleaned up as they went. Over all I am very happy with the entire experience and would recommend them

I contacted CertaPro for a free estimation and the Sales Associate Bernie visited my house and provided the estimate on the same day. The price was affordable and CertoPro painters completed the living room painting project in a day with no spills or any damage to the floor or furniture. I really loved their work and will surely contact them in future for other projects.

After seeing the way CertaPro did a job for us, I don't think we'll paint ourselves again. :) They did stipple removal and painting on my Master Bedroom as a test run. The job was done so quickly, so efficiently, so hassle-free, I was really satisfied. Having painted most of the house myself, seeing these guys do the stipple removal and painting just made me wish that I had hired them from the get go to have done the entire house when we bought it. The stipple removal service was great - no mess - they just come in with the drywall sander and shop vac, sand the ceiling down, skim coat, sand, paint, looks perfect.
