The best painting company I have ever experienced! My wife and I decided to try out PKD Painting after interviewing a few companies. Our past experience dealing with painting companies (late contractors, dirty, incomplete job etc..) has much to be desired. After speaking with Diana on the phone, and Richard in person, we knew this was a company we could trust. Their prices were very competitive but the value of the painting job, the cleanliness and timeliness of their staff was perfect. They completed the job when specified, and cleaned up perfectly! In an era where service is severely lacking in this industry, I highly recommend PKD Painting.

PKD Painting, painted my stair ways as well as the hall upstairs. They did an amazing job and it was done in two days. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get painting done.

PKD Painting is a well established company serving the York Region since 1985. We are proud to have over 4,000 satisfied happy customers and we are still growing! PKD Painting is a member of the Newmarket Chamber of Commerce and is closely connected with many other local business affiliates in the area. It is unfortunate that we were recently made aware of a fraudulent, slanderous posting toward PKD Painting. Gord P. was never and is not a client of our company. As a company that operates daily with the up most honesty and integrity we were appalled by this false posting and we have pursued this matter already with our legal counsel. I would like to include in this post a sign that I came across on a shop window 2016. "When a toxic person can no longer control you, they will try to control how others see you. The misinformation will feel unfair, but stay above it trusting that other people will eventually see the truth just like you did." Author unknown. I thank you for your understanding. PKD Painting is the company of choice if you want to make your home lose value. These "painter's" are an absolute joke. We would be better off if we had just hired a five year old with "finger painting" on his resume. No efforts were made to properly mask off any areas that weren't supposed to see the new paint. They also didn't bother to protect the floor (lots of drops on the tile floor). To add to the absolutely terrible paint job, Damage was also caused. They somehow chipped the toilet tank lid and broke a blind and at NO point did the so called "president" of the company own up to the damage... Please take this review seriously if you were considering using PKD Painting. The staff are useless, rude and incompetent. HOME OWNERS, DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST!! Reviews are all these small companies have and the successful ones stick around for a reason! Go with a company that can provide Real testimonials (unlike PKD's fake ones on their site) and provide you with real examples of their work. PKD Painting should be shut down for good to make way for the real professionals.
