Beware of Employee

Crock a doodle is literally a hit in any location but the Kingston branch and is mainly due to one employee, Kim. she’s very much like a Karen who will belittle you and then start screaming for basically asking for any type of help. most people you speak to know they she’s “intense.” Sadly it’s very unprofessional to have such an employee represent this establishment but something to be aware of. Overall without this employe, it’s a great place!

We’ve twice now and really enjoyed it both times. The prices are beyond fair and it is a great date activity or family activity. You pay for your item and everything else is included in that price. They have lots of items to choose from and then lots of paint options. Their quick tutorial helps get you on your way but if you’ve never painted pottery before you may want to ask additional questions and don’t be afraid to experiment. Our favourite is always seeing the items after they’ve been fired - which will take a couple days before you can get the items for pick up.

Very lovely place! I went in here last week to pick up some weird dish thing that my sister ordered and I was met by two very kind ladies with jolly smiles and warm salutations. I got to see their very clean, organized parlour and they assured me that I did not look like a clown. Great experience. If I ever need whatever service they offer, I know Crock-a-doo Kingston will be my first choice :)

Staff were lovely and welcoming. My 5-year-old niece loved it. Nice way to spend a couple hours with the little ones!

My friend and I came here for a fun activity to do, and we had the best time! The employee, Hannah, was so welcoming and friendly. We sadly made quite a mess of our station, and when we tried to clean it, she told us not to and that she would take care of it. It was a pleasure talking to her, and we are so happy with how our pieces turned out (pre kiln). Can’t wait to pick them up!

Went with the family for a little outing and we all had a great time. There was a kids birthday party in the back, the manager was really great with the kids and having a lot of fun herself, and the kids were clearly enjoying themselves but the noise wasn't carrying to the front which was nice. Many different blank items to choose from at a variety of price points so it's easy to keep it on a budget, plus the time you get to spend painting. We spent $122 for three of us today and were there just over 90 minutes which feels very reasonable, plus you get an item out of that. Hardest part is just waiting a week for the final product to be ready! We will definitely be back in the future
