DO NOT HIRE

HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE. I found this company to be neither professional or ethical. I made the grievous error of paying in full in cash before fully inspecting their work. They were careless beyond words. Paint spilt on screens, floors and windows. Very poor workmanship. Cut lines at ceiling amateurish at best, incomplete coverage where walls meet ceiling, paint drips on walls and door frames, wall paint on ceiling and the list goes on. They did come back to inspect when I called end of November to let them know their were problems and they did promise to return shortly after Christmas to finish the job but NO SHOW. When I called again at the end of January to find out why they had not returned Heather immediately became confrontational and argumentative. She informed me they did not have time to return until April.NOT ACCEPTABLE. Who makes a customer wait 5 months to complete a job that has been paid in full. I repeatedly requested a firm return date to no avail.

Reno painting come into our home and did an amazing job! Reno painting kept to there word and deadlines. They even took extra precautions when it came to covering our things. When it comes to there fees they are fair not the cheapest but not the most expensive they are priced in the middle Great company to work with. We will use them again !

They won't show up when you ask them to. Scared to quote against competitors. I would advise against looking at this company.
