I hate to write a bad review but feel I have no choice. I was told the kitchen respray would be completed within 2 weeks. I'm one of the lucky ones from reading other reviews as our cabinets and doors did get sprayed but only after chasing via numerous phone calls and emails. It took 8 weeks to get the doors returned, again after lots of excuses were made for not returning calls. Originally I asked Tony if he could replace 2 doors with glass inserts and he said yes, no problem. But I wonder if there is a problem because 16 weeks later, I don't have those last 2 doors returned. Guess it could be a lot worse after reading other reviews. Such a shame because the final result was actually really good, I was very pleased with the finish. When Tony and Jill returned to fit the doors, Tony kept saying how he likes to make sure his customers are satisfied. But once he got paid in full, I guess he really just doesn't care. So disappointing, please be careful if you are considering using their services.

The one star reflects their total inability to communicate with me as a customer. I did NOT actually use their service and can't comment on the quality of their work. I am not a disgruntled former employee and my real name is on this review. I called and emailed for weeks for various things such as confirming dates and colours and got nothing. No voicemail was available and multiple emails were not responded to. They gave several conflicting excuses as to why they could not keep the original date and why communication was such a mess. At the end of the day it was hard to know whether or not they were telling the truth. When they called back after 2 weeks of trying I told them that I had lost my confidence in them and that I no longer feel good about using their services. Tony the owner was rude to my wife and I on the phone and kept repeating that he could not waste his time on our conversation because he was so busy with other customer jobs. Before he hung up on us he said he used to be a law student and was certain that he could keep my deposit and that I could try to get it back but my attempts would fail. If you use these guys I suggest you do not leave a 50% deposit like I did and do your homework.

My in laws used this company and unfortunately had a horrible experience . They gave a deposit to spray the cupboards. After they paid, this company showed up to take their cupboards off site to spray, but never came back. The owner kept promising to finish the work but never showed up. They called numerous times and either never received a response or "an employee" would call back with an excuse. As of right now, their kitchen cupboards are missing, and are trying to find someone else to finish it. When looking for someone to do renovations in your home, please be careful. People have taken time to write these comments to help you make informed choices. Please listen.

Dissatisfied, upset, angry! We are still waiting to have doors returned to us. Unfinished work i.e. they said they would create doors that they did not. We have missing doors. The handles are starting to fall off because they weren't fitted properly. Handles were crooked. Very frustrating as they won't return calls or messages. Small claims court? Better business bureau? How do you deal with people like this? If we could physically go and pick up the doors at least it would look sort of finished :( They also took cash for doing another job and didn't do it!!! So much for trying to do the economical, environmental right thing!

FABULOUS! Our kitchen turned out better than we could have imagined thanks to Tony and Gillian. The final product is gorgeous. Our old and dated oak cabinets look brand new again. The paint that they used dried and hardened beautifully. The manner in which they sprayed all the surfaces allowed the wood grain to come through without seeing brush strokes or seams. The process of updating our kitchen was easy on us. Our prep lasted two consecutive days. On the first day, Gillian (and Chantal) took down all the doors, labelled them and taped up all the stationary surfaces that would be painted in our house. Our floors and ceilings were also protected. On the second day, they washed and primed the surfaces and then sprayed them. At the end of each day, they cleaned up so that we had full access to our kitchen. Installation day was even easier on us. They brought in all the cabinet doors and drawers, attached all the handles and hinges and hung everything better and straighter than it was before. Afterwards, they went around the entire kitchen again to touch up anything that had been missed and to make sure that everything was done to our satisfaction. As a consumer, what we appreciated the most was their attention to detail and the high quality of their work. Both Tony and Gillian were completely professional and courteous at all times. Having read some of the previous reviews, we must comment that our experience with Tony and Gillian was completely positive. We will certainly recommend them to all of our friends.
