Mark stands behind his work and is very professional. Mark tried to talk us out of a metallic pearl white basement floor, but we insisted on going forward. Pearl white is a difficult color to get right, to say the least. When the appearance did not turn out as we expected, Mark worked with us to address the issues. Although it is not perfect, we are happy with the result and it was a pleasure to work with Mark and Marina. If you treat Mark with respect, he will treat you even better. Great service.

Mark was at my house this morning to epoxy my utility room floor. He was punctual and after a thorough consultation I was confident he would do an excellent job and upon finishing he did just that ! That room has never looked better. The floor is exactly what I wanted! It's beautiful! Thank you Mark! I will be referring to my friends. Sandy Defer

Mark did a great job at the install; however, they sold me on how durable the product was along with a 3 year warranty. Well...towards the end of the third year, this past July, the epoxy coating started to peel/chip away where my wife's minivan tires sit. I tried to keep the floor clean, especially in the winter to mitigate any issues with road salt. But I guess the product is not that durable. I tried to get the company to come back out to honor their warranty, but I was not successful. Hopefully this experience helps someone else. I would have awarded 5 stars had they elected to honor their warranty and corrected the product failure. On the phone, they said they would address the warranty repair, but over a month later, they have never followed through or returned my calls. Also, after the three years, the sun has faded the floor noticeably for whatever that is worth. That does not bother me as much as the chipping/flaking.

Mark is very thorough and extremely pleasant to work with. His staff is over the top especially the nice lady who answers the phones and coordinates all communications. I can't say enough good things about them and would highly recommend their work. They did use a commercial epoxy that I supplied and followed the manufacturers recommended application to a tee. I hired them after the fact so they used my stuff but they also use a PPG product called Megaseal which is supposed to be great but I can only comment on their work.

Mark does excellent job. He provides warranty on the job as well. I would strongly recommend for your epoxy flooring needs. He gives very reasonable pricing comparing with others.
