I have admired Jon's work for many years now. My husband and I have been fortunate enough to acquire a few of his pieces for ourselves and friends. Jon offers a truly humble "Canadian" perspective to his landscapes and other works. Jon's work carries me to my most treasured place, reflecting upon the beauty of the Canadian landscape and nature at large. His art eases both my heart and mind. If you haven't seen this young man's talented works of art, check out the website or drop by the gallery curated by Jon's wonderful sister Laura and enjoy!

I was downtown and saw Paint by Munzy. I had no idea it was even there! As soon as I walked in I fell in love with Johnathan's art. After talking with Laura I knew I had to get a piece. She was so helpful and gave me a calendar and told me to send her an email so we could pick out the right size and art for us. She even photoshopped in our favourite piece into a picture of our room so we could see what it would look like. Fantastic service, amazing art. I will definitely be getting more art from here in the future.

Finally got into the gallery for my first visit! Hours are now regular following limited road construction hours. Bought a collection of beautiful art cards for the holidays and birthdays. Laura was super welcoming and a delight to chat with. Looking forward to my next visit. Jon is my favourite local artist. Gorgeous landscapes. I will be saving for a full-size original! The perfect place to check out if you’re looking to support Canadian art and buy local. Range of affordability as well

So happy with the painting I bought as a birthday present for my boyfriend - it looks so great in our home! Laura is an absolute gem to work with and was extremely accommodating with my last minute/rush job. Can't wait to get my hands on another piece!

I saw "Paint by Munzy" at the Christmas market opening night and was so pleased to see such a talent in the local community. The pieces are high quality and "wow worthy" - would love to one day have one as a focal point in my future home! I will definitely be keeping my eye on this artist and what is to come.
