Absolutely the nicest people in the paint business hands down. A great corporate business model, someone in that organization has chosen a path way different from what's currently being taught in business schools across the country. The home Depot approach definately doesn't work, their ceo is even a smart ass on national tv. He should take a lesson from the little paint Store around the corner. AND they actually know about paint, you'll never hear "sorry that's all we have" or " I don't know" from swp. Folks need to return to good old fashioned service and tell the big box goodbye.
