I requested a last minute job and Don worked hard to squeeze me in right away. His work ethic was superb as was the quality of his work. I have even referred him out to others and they were always VERY happy with his work.

Scheduled for a estimate and on the day of the appointment, received a phone call from the owner stating traffic was bad and he had a long day so he wanted to reschedule. Rescheduled for the next morning, estimate was $1000 less than the rest of the competitors. Was told job would take about a week with 2 guys on site. They arrived on day 1 at 9:30 AM and worked till 5:30 PM and seemed to be very productive. The owner stated they would be a little later on Day 2 for start and arrived about 10:30 AM and still worked to 5:30 PM, this time with only 1 guy. Day 3 we were told that he had other appointments scheduled in the morning and would not arrive until lunch time. Arrival time was 1:10 PM and still worked till about 5:30 PM. At this point, it did not look like they would finish in the week timing that we were originally quoted. Day 4 was a normal 9:30 AM till 5:30 PM but still only the 1 guy. At the end of the day, I asked what time they would be back and how many guys? I over heard him call a co-worked and tell him they would be at our house the next day because "the other owner is out of the country anyway." Day 5 was 2 guys, arrived at 9:30 AM. They worked throughout the day and finally "completed" the job at 7:15 PM that night. After reviewing the job, I realized why the job was finished on day 5. The living room paint job was very thin and you could see the old paint through the new coat(s). The patch work was very messy, if it was even done at all being there were still holes and nicks in the wall. The electrical outlets had wall paint on them. The sanding dust for what patchwork was done was mounded all over the fireplace hearth and the television had never even been covered. The living room furniture was still in the middle of the room, even after the owner stated they were moving it once they "cleaned" up. Now I see why they were $1000 less than the rest of the competitors. I would not recommend this company to anyone who cares about their home.

I contacted them twice and never got a reply. Apparently they are too busy to even return a phone call.

They do not keep appointments! No show! No call!
