Following some damage to my previous floors in 2020, I had the absolute pleasure of working with Carmen to find a new floor to suit my needs and aesthetic. It does not take long to see how busy Carmen and her team are - they are swamped, which speaks volumes of their work. However, there is something about their customer service that makes you feel as though you are the priority and the only customer they are working with at the time. Carmen was efficient in helping me find my new floors and she absolutely nailed it - she was patient with me throughout the entire process. Fast forward to today, Carmen and her team continue to provide top notch service. I have consistently felt like I am of highest priority during a time where I felt I wanted to give up on some of the water issues I was facing, requiring more flooring. Carmen and her team were quick to arrive and assess my situation. Donald and Gates were extremely patient and kind with me in dealing with this unexpected issue, removing flooring in a way to salvage as much of my floors as they could. They were diligent and took their time to no one else's benefit but my own. I can not thank Carmen and "the boys" enough. Their team dynamic is special and spills into the homes of their clients. Because of these three, my home feels like a home again which is all we want when the world is faced with worry and stress. You will not find me anywhere else outside of Stradwicks for any flooring needs. I could never thank Carmen, Donald, Gates and the entire team enough. Personally we had Stradwicks supply and install the flooring for our home reno, and we are very happy with the outcome. Gus North Bay has worked with Carmen and Stradwicks on several projects and I am very impressed with their integrity. They stand behind their work. We all make mistakes but Stradwicks never makes excuses, and in this business that is a huge benefit for us and our customers. Thank you Carmen

Everything from purchasing to installation of my new floor was excellent. Derrick did a great job with installation especially cleaning up after he was done. I would certainly purchase any of my flooring or carpet needs from Stradwicks again. Great job!

My husband & I attended the store on Thursday, February 10, 2022 as it was the only day my husband & I had time off work together. I have made several purchases and installations with Stradwicks in the past and I was happy with the service. Initially, we startled from behind by a young person wearing a Montreal Canadiens cap, carrying a coffee and wearing a plaid jacket. We weren't certain if this person actually worked for Stradwicks due to his casual dress and unprofessional demeanor. I stated that we were looking for tiles for our fireplace update. I said, "small tiles" to which he curtly responded, "small?, whatta ya mean small?" I was actually lost for words how curt this person was! We showed this person what we were interested in and he proceeded to go to the other side of the show room flipping through samples for the next 10 minutes. He then told us that the tiles we chose were not a good fit for a fireplace and basically talked us out of a sale. I told the person who I later learned name was "James" that I did not appreciate his tone with us and also his unprofessional manner. Imagine, having a salesperson walking around casually with a Tim Horton's coffee in their hand? Wow!!! I attempted to explain our issue with other staff at the office/case register to which I received a blank stare. My husband & I promptly left the store in total confusion. Soooo, disappointed.
