Excellent service! I was in Ottawa on Victoria day long-weekend trip, hit a pillar and broke my driver's side-view mirror completely. I was stranded far from home and just needed to get back to TO. I called up couple of body shops and Paul @ Maaco was able to give me the most reassuring answer. I took my car in and he tried his level best to get the replacement mirror as soon as possible. He was very honest and I could tell he wasn't charging me extra. After the fix, I went back and the price didn't change a bit from the estimate. Not only that, he also buffed up the minor scratches on the side of the door where the pillar hit as a courtesy. All in all, he really went above and beyond. Highly recommend this Maaco location and definitely speak to Paul. If I lived in Ottawa, I definitely would've made it my body shop.

I was a customer of this maaco location on the date of Feb 20 2019 12:54pm. Repair order 12477. Estimate 17300 for $365.56. I provide these details because maaco has been removing my reviews claiming I was not a customer. The purpose of this review is to inform any potential customers as to what they may find when using this locations services. I am not looking for compensation and I surely do not expect an apology. I provide these details because my review has been removed due to a fabrication presented to bbb by this maaco company claiming I was never a customer. They made the claim that I was being difficult so I was asked to pick up my part. Please note that I was indeed being difficult, after I received a rude and disrespectful phone call from this locations manager. The work done on my part, that was quoted to take 3days, was delayed week after week after week. each time the deadline would pass i would have to call in and request an update. At no point was i ever offered an apology. Just excuses. After the fourth delay i wrote to the maaco headoffice. Shortly after, i received a phone call from this locations manager. The manager opened the conversation, not by apologizing like anyone with decent customer service experience would do, but my telling me he "didn't appreciate me calling him out" in the email. This statement took me by surprise and i started explaining why i wrote the email, which was polite and respectful, to the head office. He at no point tried to see things from my perspective, the customer. The conversation started to heat up and he just kept making excuses. Finally he demanded that i come retrieve the part. All this and zero work had been performed on the part. What was originally quoted for 3days turned into more then three weeks with no follow up calls. The only explanations i got were sick calls, then busy and sick calls, then the last time I checked in i was told they were waiting for another project that uses white paint to come in so they can save money. This came out of no where. At no point was i told that this sort of thing was going to happen. Sure didn't feel like a valued customer. When i went to pickup the part he got in my face and told me he didn't appreciate name calling. I admit i swore before i hung up the phone. I was extremely upset with the way i was treated. I told him right back that i didn't appreciate him saying i called him out in the email to which he pointed at the door and told me he would call the police. If i did or said anything remotely similar to the at my place of work i assure you i would not be working there anymore. After all this and the multiple complaints I made to the maaco head office I received no apology. Thank you for your time.

Worst experience EVER! I went in to the shop because I was rear ended. Dilawri Hyundai had recommended them. I got an estimate from Scott Dancer of Maaco on Caesar Ave Nepean. After waiting over 2 mos for the part, I discovered Scott ordered the wrong colour part for my car! Instead of apologizing or offering to paint the part for free, he told me I would have to pay an additional $200+HST to have it painted! And said, "That will teach you for not going thru insurance!" My bf who owns the car called and told them not to install the parts (because they were the wrong colour!) Scott ignored this and proceeded to install the rear piece (wrong colour) but did not install the front piece. Instead he tossed the front piece in the backseat of my car and told me I still had to pay for it! When my bf conceded and said we should have the rear piece painted, Scott informed him the price was now $400+HST!! Needless to say, this was seriously my worst experience ever!

Excellent staff, superior service. Can't say enough good things about this shop. Looking for insurance repairs, this is definately the place to get them done. Quick hassle free service from start to finish.
