Thank you so much to Dot and crew for doing a wonderful job on our house and shed this summer! Not to mention, a great deal! We will definately be recommending you to all.

I came upon them upon happenstance and it turned out to be a good experience. They painted two rooms, and I was pleased, so we made a contract to paint the remaining rooms in my house-plus hallways and stairways. They did an excellent job. Quick and efficient. They pay attention to the details. Thank You!

I would not recommend this company to anybody for multiple reasons. I hired this company to paint the exterior of our house. I accepted their bid on the condition they would also do some drywall work. When the painters showed up to paint the exterior of the house, the president of the company came over and stated they would not finish the last half of the drywall and would be leaving it unfinished. I was a little perturbed. I stated that was the soul reason we accepted their bid.....I got this response, "well, that was just a verbal contract. We had nothing in writing". This was just the beginning. Part of painting our house consisted of the painters sanding our house, it has cedar siding, and still has some of the old finish attached and needed to be scuffed up. According to our initial consultation, I was informed they would power wash the house so it would be clean before laying down a coat of primer...... I was informed after they started sanding they would only be sweeping the house off with a broom before painting- no power washing. Being concerned about paint sticking if only a broom was to be used after sanding, (sanding dust, years of dirt, spider webs, and who knows what else all needing to be cleaned off) I inquired about the warranty of their work.....because....wait for it.....I was verbally quoted during our initial consultation they would warranty their work for 10 years.....when questioned about it I received this response, "warranty...we won't warranty this work". This was all I could handle. I've never dealt with a company in my entire life that completely disregards their word like these people have. I dealt with the same lady from our initial consultation until the end, so their was no miscommunication between employees regarding the scope of their work. The only good part came when she said, " I can tell your upset with our work? Do you want a full refund, for them to quit working, and leave?" I asked for the refund part in writing. At 4:30pm on the date that she stated she would refund my money I received a TEXT from her. It said she was busy with another job and would get my money to me in 2 more days, which would have been a Saturday. She would not answer her phone when I tried calling her back right after receiving the text. I ended up using a different phone the following day to track her down. She ended up paying that day. If you do business with this company realize that they will tell you one thing and NOT DO ANY OF IT. It was my mistake not to get everything she said in writing, I trusted them and I shouldn't have...and neither should you. These are the highlights of our experience with them. There is more, but I feel like I've written enough.
