Chris (manager) was very helpful, thoughtful helping me pick colors for our house-painting project. He answered all of my questions and offered me a discount for paint samples that I didn't know was available. In a second interaction with this store, Michael (another store manager) graciously exchanged a five-gallon bucket of paint for me after confusion on the name and brand of the paint I wanted/ordered. I was impressed by Chris and Michael's customer service. I will use this business again and again and recommend them to friends and family.

This is my favorite store for paint and painting supplies. I always receive fast and friendly service at the South Anchorage Sherwin Williams. I receive email coupons that make the paint a great value for what I consider to be the best quality paint.

I would recommend sherwin williams but not sure where I will get an opportunity to be heard again. I have requested on multiple occasions to have my name changed from ....old name.......on my account to...my new name........I have been told lots of times I go to buy more product that this has been done then have to use my old name. I would like the information kept to my new name....please and thank you
