Had the house painted a while back. Was a good price and the work was overall good. Fast-track to now. A guy dings the pillar in the front of the house. Just some stucco and paint damage. I get his info and contact his insurance company. I call Diamond House to see what they might charge. Nikola comes out to take a look. Later that day she tells me the owner said it would only take one of their people 10-15 min to fix and they would just do it for free since I was a previous customer. Excellent, let me know when someone is in the area. I call the insurance company and tell them not to worry about it, so they drop the claim. A month goes by and nothing. I call, and I am told we are on the books, should be next week. Week goes by and nothing. I call again, should be no later then end of next week. Still nothing. I call a few more times and nobody seemed to know who I was. They always had to "call back" and they never did. After a while of playing this game, trying to get them to come out, I gave up. I was willing to pay them, or get them paid through the insurance claim. Yet, here we are, my pillar is still damaged, claim is closed and never once a call back from DHP. Just very disappointing customer service.

We just had our 2nd home in Mesa, AZ (Las Sendas Neighborhood) painted in July, 2017 (first home was in 2013). Diamond is the best. They do the extras, make sure you're satisfied before accepting payment, and follow-up after to make sure you stay satisfied. Their painters are experienced and friendly, courteous, and leave the place clean when they're finished. We have referred them to multiple friends and neighbors and will continue to. Marc is great to work with as the Owner.

Dealing with Aaron, Matt and the painting crew Robert and George has been one of the easiest and most excellent experiences I have had in a long time! Aaron was spot on with ideas for color on my whole house and fence. Matt was very fair and reasonable in price and Robert and George could not have been nicer guys. Fast accurate, detail orientated, pleasant, friendly. If you are in the market for a stress free whole paint job with top notch service and quality this is the company to deal with!!!

DHP or Diamond House Painting is run from Chandler AZ. They advertise they can quote projects in 24 hours, which I found to be totally false.... I called 10/26/2013 on a Saturday to schedule a quote during the upcoming week, we agreed for 11am on 10/30/2013, as I had to take time off from work to meet Marc and actually get a quote. At 12:130 I called Mrs. Susan Richmond - co-owner, who informed me that my appointment was changed to 1pm that day without me knowing (really glad I took the morning off of work for this). Fast forward to 1:30pm, I try calling Marc Richmond with DHP, still at 2pm I've heard nothing definitive, now my entire work day is ruined and still no Marc... This company is one of the worst I've EVER dealt with, I would never send any clients to this company. Being a Realtor, we utilize lots of contractors (as a majority of our clients are investors), I would say this is the WORST painting company in the Phoenix area to try and deal with. Just a heads up for anyone thinking about using Marc & Susan Richmond with DHP / Diamond House Painting. Please figure out what is going on with your customer service, as I would of utilized your company both personally and professionally!
