This company is one of the most unprofessional, unorganized companies I have ever seen or worked for! I was going on 3 Year’s with this company and in that 3 years not ONE project they ever worked on got done on time, they send guys to do jobs and use materials they never used before and have no experience in using! I put together a tool tracking system for them and once it was finished they decided they could save some money by getting rid of me and hiring a lower paying person to do the job I created, I have NEVER in my life even worked for a small business and been treated the way I was treated at this company! This company acts like they are all about their employees when in reality they only care about their next buck! Employees and contractors BEWARE stay far away from this company as possible! They talk about how amazing their safety record is when in reality they have accidents all the time just don’t report them, I have so many pictures and videos of this company working on big jobs in EXTREMELY unsafe conditions or without proper safety training. If you are an employee or a contractor looking for honest work or looking for a company to do the job the right way and as safe as possible then I HIGHLY recommend you don’t use this company. I am not writing this review just because I’m angry, I am writing this review because people deserve to know the truth and deserve to have their jobs done safely, correctly, & on time. Leo Hernandez is one of their main foreman’s and he is the worst of them all, you can’t miss him he is the fat bulldog looking dumbass who thinks he knows everything there is to know about EVERYTHING, but don’t let him fool you his appearance goes right along with his personality to the T! The 2 owners act like they are involved in all the jobs that are being done which if this was true they wouldn’t keep losing good people, they’d be able to see who is really causing all the problems in their company. Ray Gonzales is another one of their “excellent” employees, he is their Janitor and is in charge of cleaning bathrooms and picking up trash but he some how thinks he owns the company it’s pretty pathetic & the way he talks to people is disgusting, it will be a matter of time before he says something to the wrong person lol wish I would be there to see it! This company needs that show Undercover Boss that way the owners know the truth of what’s really going on behind the scenes and see where the real problems are coming from! We have lots of other great painting companies in the valley that will eventually and hopefully put this terrible company out of business for good! Make America Great Again by putting companies like this one out of business! Have a great day :).

Had a racist encounter. Looked at their website and saw all of the employees (no minorities) and understood why. Very sad!
