On Monday, March 26th, 2018, I dropped my Fiat 500 off with this company to have the front bumper, right fender, and right headlight replaced due to damage from a rear end accident. I paid half of the amount due when I dropped my vehicle off. This is a company that I worked with a few times before over the last few years and had received satisfactory service. I was told that my vehicle would be ready for pick up on that Friday the 30th. Throughout the week, I requested updates and had not received any or did not receive the information in an informative and timely manner. On that Wednesday, I was told that the parts were going into paint the next day and that it would be done on Friday. On Friday, I asked for another update on when I could pick up the vehicle and was told that the paint was being finished that day. That was the last update that I had received on my vehicle. I had sent dozens of messages/calls stating that I wanted the vehicle back, finished or unfinished. I stated that if it was unfinished, I would like the parts that I paid for so I could take them elsewhere to get put on the car or the money back. I went to the shop that same evening to see if I could retrieve my vehicle. I saw the owner walk over to the front door after I had knocked, he walked into his office and never came back out. I waited for about 15 minutes until I called non-emergency 911. The police came and knocked on his business door but he still did not come out of his office. After being there for over two hours, I informed him via numerous text messages/phone calls what my next steps would be to retrieve my vehicle from his shop. I told him that I would be reporting the vehicle as stolen and would file a claim with the civil court. I went back to the shop the next day after sending numerous other messages and still have not been given my vehicle as of Sunday April 1st, 2018. If zero stars was an option, that is what my rating would be.

I had my bumper painted on March 5th and I didn’t get my bumper back til April 5th! After waiting 1 month to paint a bumper josh never even painted the bumper. I am glad to even get my bumper back because it is near impossible to get ahold of him. I had to go through his mom and his landlord to get my 400$ M3 bumper back. I almost filed a police report for stolen property. This man should not be able to conduct business again, He is a con artist. SAD!

Worst body shop in Phoenix. Owner stated my car repairs were finished and ready for paint. After few days of no communication from owner I went down to the shop to inspect my car. no repairs were made to my car after 4 weeks. The shop has gone under and is no longer at reputable company.

Josh has been taking care of all my body work for years now. I trust no one else to get the job done right. Great shop!

Josh does a great job on his work but he doesn't communicate effectively with his clients ex: doesn't respond to text messages nor call. Also feel like he pushes your work aside to work on bigger projects resulting in weeks on end without any progress on parts. If you wrecked your car or other big"insurance"related matter please go to Josh but if you need a bodykit, lip, spoiler, diffuser, or whatever painted please look around elsewhere before leaving a part with Josh for months
