I would tell them the staff is friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I would also add that there are beautiful paint colors to select from. I’ve still had a problem with my Master Bedroom and M Bathroom, Guest Bathroom, they are still not solved , with having a gray purple undertone. I’m trying to achieve white rooms! I have paid several hundred dollars to get these white and it isn’t working. Originally we began with an off yellowish color. I tried many samples first. I paid a contractor to have it painted SW Incredible White. That turned out purple/ gray. Not at all what the sample looked like. I had it repainted SW Natural Choice. Still ugly grayish and light purple. I have paid yet again, this time using SW High Reflective White. I chose this because I used it on trim and it’s a beautiful white. But using it in these three rooms it turns out light gray. I am so disappointed I don’t know what else can be done. I am hundreds $$ over budget now on painting these rooms.
