I purchased 20 gallons of Duration (Crisp Khaki) paint. so I only needed a quart for touch up. So I went to the store to acquire a quart to finish the project. I had them mix up a Quart but upon my arrival back at the project I discovered that it was incorrect color. OK upon my return to the store they could NOT understand how this could happen.They attempted to make it my problem because duration is not sold in Quart sizes. So they mixed another quart (wrong color again.) The short story is that I had to purchase a gallon because the formula should work. Which this time it did provide the color match as Crisp Khaki. (Great) it took three employees to figure out a solution with my suggestion to mixed up a gallon.The following results were: 1. Return trip to store 2. Wasted 2-1/2 hours of a afternoon 3. Lack of Customer Service due to unprofessional store manger 4. Had to purchase a gallon of paint, for a 1/2 quart touch up work.

S-W has the best colors and usually the sales people are really knowledgeable, (some stores more than others). Paints are also great quality, great coverage, and perform the way the salespeople say they will.

Lack of servicing skills, dishonest about active coupon available online (spend $50, $10 off), didn't disclose sample prices. Felt like I was bothering them love my Peoria store, wont go here again Grand Ave location.

The employees were great and answered all my questions. The store was clean and organized. They had coffee and great paints.
