Had a terrible car accident and they did a great repair job, kept me abreast of what stages my car repair was at, and my car was returned clean. There were 2 items that I had to do a follow up on, but was taken care of in one day.

I rate the Lemoore Maaco location 5 star for the recent body repairs on my Camry. There was 3 damaged areas that needed repair and paint. One door had been key damaged all the way thru the paint. The repairs/paint are beautifully done. The customer service was excellent. When I picked up my car, it was clean, and they had even shined up the tires! My car looked new again! My impression is that this location is honest, professional and I definitely recommend them. Thank you to John and his Team!

The Lemoore Macco is awful, their work is sorry and the customer service is a joke. I brought my truck there to be repainted the factory color and Install a hood. They told me 2weeks it ended up being just shy of 4weeks when it was finished and $1500 later that included ($250 I paid to install the hood) Macco sends me a survey about service I rate them low because I had over spray on my plastics, seals, wheel welds & a window on top of 2weeks longer then originally told. He emails me later whinning why I rated them low and how I wasn't happy. About 4weeks goes by and the hood I PAID them to install FLYS OFF on the highway breaking my windshield, breaking plastics and causing dents on my roof. I bring it back and the owner takes no responsibly about the hood that I paid them install and blames me for not latching the hood. Not sure how that is when I the hood latch was locked, he then figured instead of taking care of his customer and fixing the damage 25% off makes us even. I then call Macco, telling them what happens he then calls me after whinning like a child that it wasn't his fault and he shouldn't have to pay for damages and it was my fault I never latched the hood. The owner is a coward and the worst business man I have ever met, if I were macco i would be ashamed to have them as part of my franchise. Just do yourself a favor drive to Visalia Macco or borbas were they actually will take care of you like a decent body shop should and not ran by a child. Consider yourself lucky to have a decent experience and know they take no responsibility for damages and prepare yourself to be bitched at if you rate them low.
