Unfortunately, my experience with Suiters did not go well at all. It started out great, and Russ and staff are nice people, however my car was not repaired correctly. He apparently outsourced some of the work to Point S, so I don't know who did what, but the bottom line is they were responsible for a correct repair job, which didn't happen. They replaced one tire on an all wheel drive vehicle, which I found out is a big problem and doesn't meet the manufacturers recommendations. There was another significant part failure after it was "repaired" and despite promises that they don't ignore their customers, repeated calls to resolve all issues have not been returned. Repairs took months, and it was one broken promise after another. I'm now working with a dealer directly and will not be back to Suiter's. I know they have a good reputation and I really wanted to give them a good review but unfortunately, this was a bad experience and they did not repair my car to the manufacturer's recommendations as they say they will. I definitely do not recommend them.

Very nice staff. They all go that extra mile to help a person out.

Flawless bodywork and paint; seamless coordination with insurance and rental companies; courteous, conscientious staff. It doesn't get better!

This is the place to get your car fixed. Great owners and staff. There's no body shop that can stand up to Suiters. They will fix it right the first time.

Courtesy, professional, reasonably priced and they do a great job.
