Fast and efficient, this visit. I noted the color looked light on the can top. Was told it dries darker. Its way too light and have to go back. They've essentially tossed two gallons of great paint. Went from 3 to 5. I went back and they didn't complain. Simply double checked the formula and admitted a mistake. One, small amount, of color was added and perfect match again! A couple of items where expensed for my trouble. I didn't need to ask. That's why I chose SW over KM or BM. Service is top notch.
