JQ Paint

Our house hadn't been painted since 1989 and was in major need of a caring paint job. We contacted JQ and right away the salesman came out, took measurements and emailed a quote a couple days later. We decided to move forward with them and are very happy we did. The crew lead by Israel was professional, courteous and very neat. Even as we made last minute changes to the colors they worked with us every step of the way. A great company with a great leader in John. Thanks again

JQ Paint was nothing short of perfection.  FIVE STARS!!! My experience with JQ Paint: Dain (Paint Quote Specialist) arrived at my house on time, he was very professional and took the necessary time to answer all my questions.  He got me a quote by email the following day and it was $2,000-3,000 lower than the other 8 companies I contacted.  I live in a wealthy community so 90% of paint companies usually just add an extra $1000+ but JQ Paint doesn't believe in doing that. Before the project started, John Gilles (Owner of JQ Paint) came out to meet me and assure everything would go perfect.  He set up an accurate timeline to completion, picked out the perfect colors and he showed me all the additional things his painters will do that 90% of other paint companies won't.   The painters took almost an entire day prepping: Sanding down the wood, filling in any gaps so water or moisture doesn't get in, they even replaced a couple pieces of rotted wood, masked off every window, etc. Anytime I had a question or issue for a painter they immediately gave me their undivided attention and went above & beyond to fix the problem.  These guys don't skip a beat, they mask off windows, lay down tarps, very careful with their brush strokes, make sure they put 2 coats of paint in every spot, don't skip around, etc. JQ's staff over the phone are just a pleasure to work with as well, Hollie got back to about 6 questions I had, ordered me additional paint samples so I could just pick them up at my local Dunn Edwards store and even was able to push back a timeline so I could get my HOA's to approve on the colors. The outside of my home looks like a completely different home, 5 of my neighbors came by and took cards from JQ Paint while they were on the job and one neighbor should be starting this month with JQ Paint. Note: When choosing a painting company, especially one that specializes in painting outside of homes, def choose one that is 100% licenced (JQ Paint) and has full coverage for all their employees; you don't want a worker falling off your roof or a latter and sueing you.  I hope you enjoyed my personal experience with JQ Paint, I'm sure you will be writing a review like mine once they finish painting your home.
