I am so disappointed in this place! They made me a white wash for my hardwood floors which was looking great, but then when it came time to top coat they recommended a waterborne oil modified polyurethane. I asked them twice if this was the best for my pickled floor. I even came in and swapped for a gloss instead of satin and again asked about the top coat. It ended up turning the entire floor yellow! I later learned for white wash we should of had a water based only for a clear coat. I knew nothing about the modified and trusted their recommendation. After years of saving for my remodeled kitchen I now have to live with something I hate. When I went in to tell them about this they gave no sympathy for this very big error! Never again will I shop here.

They have a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Even when they don't know answers right away about specific products/applications they research it and call back right away with the answer
