These guys did a lot of body work on my car a couple months ago and just did absolutely phenomenal. They handled the insurance claim for me completely and even fought like crazy for them to cover beyond the damage from the accident. They offered to fix pretty much all other remaining damage on my car in addition to doing the original work for a quarter of what I had been quoted in the past, and it was a LOT of damage and even then went above and beyond what I even paid for to make my car beautiful again. Could not given a stronger recommendation for these guys, 5 stars in every category from performance to customer service.

I really owe these guys a good review for the great quality work they did on the repaint of my car. After carefully searching for a trustful place to take my car, I finally came across A Quality, and got a really good quote from Rene much lower than everybody else in town I checked. Once I settled on where I was going, Rene was very helpful in helping me through the process of repainting and recommended that I choose the beautiful "maximum steel metallic" color that I repainted my car with that is even better than the simple gray color I was going to go with originally. Once I left my car Rene was very helpful and kept me updated daily on the status of my car, I even got to come and check in the process and see how they really took their time to take everything off and paint it separately and paint the door jams and under the hood really helps the new color look original, and there is no trace of the old silver color. Once the car was done I was very happy with the results and the price I paid, and what is even better is that I can take my car back to Johnny who is very friendly and good at what he does, to detail my car and remove any scratches or do touch ups on my new paint, I've already had them repaint my hood again after I scratched it and the matched it no problem you cant tell at all. Over all I am as satisfied as you can be for the great customer service, work and continued support, and I would highly recommend them and go to them again.

Honestly best auto repair I have ever dealt with. Not only was Renee, the owner, very nice, and informative. He went WAY WAY above and beyond to make me and my truck happy. His prices beat everywhere and his work is spectacular. He let me contact prior customers before my work being done and they had the same thing to say. Wish there were more hidden gems like this. A+ 100% !!! Thanks so much - i get compiiments on my vehicle after your body and paint work

I have nothing but good things to say about this shop. The people are friendly, professional and did a great job fixing my SUV. They were very fast and the quality was there! A+

I had bedliner on my motorcycle fairings (long story, don't ask). A lot of places here in SB won't touch it, but Rene at A Quality said that he would give it a shot. They were very reasonably priced compared to shops in LA that I got quotes from. The paint work was pretty good, I would say 3.5/5. There were a few blemishes, and the edges were left rough. Body work was good 4/5. The worst part about A Quality was communication. They kept promising that different stages would be ready, but pretty much missed all of them. It took 4 days more than they had initially promised. I would say if you were paying out of pocket, I would give them a shot, but if insurance was paying, I wouldn't go to them.
