I HAVE BEEN WORKING WITH ROB FOR YEARS. PROFESSIONAL SERVICE IS WHAT KEEPS US GOING! THANK YOU ROB FOR ALL THE HELP. ~I.C.

Juan and the crew were great. They truly understood that my VW R32 is a special car and ordinary body work wouldn't be good enough. They went out of their way to argue with my insurance company that Original OEM parts from Europe must be used instead of cheap Taiwanese parts. The work was done well and in a reasonable amount of time.

Juan and Bob have gone above and beyond in making sure that my van was done right and done with full attention to detail. Each and every step along the way was done to make sure everything was perfect.

VERY DISAPPOINTING .Complete lack of communication from Rob on getting a door fixed for my vehicle that wouldn't latch. I went in there 2 and a half weeks ago to have it looked at and get an estimate. It was determined right away that it needed replaced....that part is understandable.I was told he would call around and that it would take a bit to locate one. Late in the week, I called in the morning and he was still waiting to hear from his parts person, and said he would call them that afternoon. The next day in the late afternoon, he still hadn't called them. What the frustrating part is, is that 6 days ago Rob told me he located a door, and he wanted me to come by so he could take pictures of my door to get a partial match, so I did right away. He told us he would go by that Saturday to look at the door. I called Monday and he hadn't gone to look at it, but he would the next day. I called Tues and he hadn't gone then either. I asked him to call me on Wed. and please let me know either way and he said he would... yet I have not heard anything from him. It is now Thursday and I am not expecting to hear from him, but wish I would because my door won't latch and that means having to disconnect the batteries everyday, 2x a day, because the lights won't turn off otherwise...... When asked where this door was, he just said some place in Eagle point area. No idea how his work is, because he never started. Very disappointing. UPDATE: Just took my jeep into Jim Nickels Auto Body and a door was located in a few minutes, received in 2 days and replaced in 1 day . The price was the same and no hassle! Beautiful work!

Took my vintage BMW bike tank and fenders in to have them re painted as close to original as possible (recommended by Hansen's Motorcycles)...including gold pin-striping. Beautiful job! The little ladies in Germany who pinstriped the original would be proud as well. Only issue (and it's a small one) was the time it took to get it all back - almost 3 months, but the end result was worth it.
