Even though my car was totalled, Brent and his guys did a great job helping me deal with the insurance company to get my claim resolved. Customer service like this is hard to find anymore. Thanks guys!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! After having a terrible and very time-consuming experience at another family owned auto body shop, I decided to take my 1993 Jeep Grand Cherokee to Jim Nickels to get the driver's door fixed/replaced. Within just a few minutes he had located a door, and given us an estimate that was almost half the cost of a major competitor that we just got an estimate from. When Jim got the door 2 days later, I brought my Jeep by after business hours and dropped the key off. The door was completed the next day! Jim Nickels has friendly service, was forth right and honest in the price, and did fabulous and speedy work! I would definitely go back, should the need arise .

Great body shop that does the job right the first time

Jim Nickels shop does outstanding work. I have had several vehicles through their shop, going all the way back to the 1980's. Jim and the crew are friendly, reliable and produce quality work. I trust them which means everything. Not the biggest shop in town nor the flashiest but they get the job done right every time.

Thinking I was about to inherit a $1000 bill for my locked and unable to open door (yes I tried a lock smith, and yes, the door was closed so that I had to cut off the door panel on my 70's Chevy to get access to the latch, several hours and bleeding knuckles later..... no luck). Imagine my surprise that in 5 minutes with one large screw driver and a life time of knowledge and experience, one of Jim's experts had my door open.... Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! Oh by the way.... no charge!!!!!!
