Although your store personnel are helpful, your prices are extremely high. They are too high for me to retun.

Asked for help, was great. Asked for a small sample to take home. Gave me a quart in satin finished. Wish I had asked for flat. Never asked either. So some what my fault for not asking ahead. Also, guess they don't use the smaller sampler anymore.

This is my store, Sabina packs a punch when it comes to customer service, she is on it and always assist my clients in whatever they may need. As a contractor I receive nothing but the most professional service and friendly fun hardworking staff. My Sherwin contractor rep Jim Morel is also fantastic working with me to make sure my clients have the best products available for their projects and always keeping me informed of the new latest and greatest and providing me with the knowledge of all product to keep the project successful. Thanks guys BRPR Productions ;0)

Have used this place as a contractor and their pricing for contractors is very competitive. The paint is top notch and they have excellent advice for really tough painting jobs. I thank their primer is probably the best, I've had some really tough jobs and that stuff stays on, no peeling

Hi! I took a can of Kwal paint to store 7529 where I had the pleasure of meeting James. My wife had called confirming that this store could match the paint. The associate on the phone said that they could by drying the paint, then matching it. However once in the store, James proceeded to tell me that this was not the case. After explaining myself 3 times, I asked James if this was indeed the Arapahoe village store, the one that matched the name and address of the store my wife had called 30 mins earlier. James said he didn't know. I was astonished to hear that James had no idea where he worked. He eloquently presented to me his past two weeks of employment with sherwin williams and his future endeavor of moving to a new store in as short of a time. I took this as James meaning that he had no vested interest in helping me or anyone for that matter, since up until now he had proven that the information my wife received was incorrect. My previous experiences with sherwin Williams has always been amazing, so I think you would want to know about an employee that has such awful customer relations. My apologies if James is disabled, as I greatly support the employment of the handicap. Perhaps there is another place in your organization where James and his disability could flourish.
