These guys came through for me. I came to them after an unfortunate collision to my '92 3000 GT Mitsubishi. I asked to just fix it and while they were at it, re paint because the car needed it. It's like I picked up a whole different vehicle! Shiny and new, couldn't even tell what had happened to it. The paint job was professionally done. I came back a few days later and to have them replace a head lamp and they did it all in 30 mins with no charge. They were one of the few shops that even wanted to touch this project. They took only 3 weeks and a lot of labor to get it done but they did. I'm very satisfied.

They charged me for an emblem and didn't install it. I had to take my truck back three times to get it installed other issues were not addressed. This was my only vehicle so i couldnt leave if additional days after they were supposed to have already fixed it. They tore out my paint codes from the door jam. They were aware of paint drops and rubbed off paint and didn't fix it. Incompetence is the norm. If you don't want head aches go somewhere else.

Recently I did a full professional mechanical restoration of my '03 Acura 3.2CL, and my factory paint had fully failed. Being that the car is 15 yrs old, it isn't quite a collectible yet in the eyes of the market, but it needed a decent paint job along with some minor body work so it will look good as it ages. Body work: New front bumper and its paint are OEM flawless good. But they didn't install a part of the cover correctly - will take it back, should be an easy fix. Door repair: I had a two inch long small indent...it's repaired, but it looks like a bondo nightmare or else sloppy paintwork before/after the dent intself. I did discover that they sanded the top of one of my headlamp assemblies - hopefully they will get that replaced. :-/ Paint work: This car is Nighthawk Black Pearl which is just a nightmare to do flawlessly. Lots of orange peel but I'm okay with that and it's almost OEM Acura-quality. I have found quite a few runs :-( which I wasn't expecting - will take it back and see if they can address those. I also found one spot of "dry spray" - will take it back and see if they can fix it. But more importantly, my entire car except for the front bumper is now covered in about 32 millions drops of what appears to be clear coat that blew on the car during it's stay, and it looks like my paint was already on. It's on every window, every piece of trim. Every panel. This has technically destroyed the entire point of getting a repaint.. My review will be updated as I deal with Maaco.

They didn’t even get the job done right the second time... I paid for the premium dual stage paint thinking I would get a factory like finish and I was wrong. The paint job has the “orange peel” look and certain spots did not get sprayed with clear coat. Now I am out the money, as well as the time. I did not take my auto parts here to get painted out of savings, I did it because of convenience. I have never experienced customer service like this... Horrible.

So far they have taken great care of me, got me an estimate done in less than 30 minutes. I'll post an update after I pick the car up
