We had a great experience with Five Star! Barry, our estimator, was awesome - no pressure, informative, thorough. We had a few months between initial estimate and actual start of the job requiring Barry to come back out for some additional jobs which he did late on a Saturday afternoon to accommodate our schedule. I did a color consult with Patsy a few days before job start - no charge to me! She was awesome and her knowledge put me on the right track color-wise (I was headed into the "uh-oh" zone). On day one of the job, the Project Manager, Mary Jo, and the crew, headed by Juan, arrived right on time. Mary Jo, Juan and I walked the house and made sure that we were all on the same page. Mary Jo stayed in constant contact, offered services I didn't think about ("do you want us to remove the toilet paper holder and towel rack in the bathroom and repair wall before painting so that you can put up new hardware if you want?" Um - YES!), and made sure the crew stayed on track and we were happy with the project. Juan and his crew did an excellent job and definitely know their craft. I would highly recommend Five Star. The entire process from estimating, to scheduling, to color consult, to project management and job completion was thorough, well thought out and made for a great experience!
