WAY TOO MUCH BLACK WOMAN ATTITUDE/SERVICE AGENT FOR ME AND MY WALLET! I'd been collecting estimates from various Maacos in the Atlanta area. Happened to be on HWY 85 and spotted this location; Maaco estimate #3. Arrived to an empty lobby, unmanned reception desk. Minutes later a man comes out, asks what I need. Friendly enough. He's back and forth from back to front of store. Next, in comes a black woman with very snarled face asking what I needed. Told her I was looking for an estimate. Walked out to my Mercedes. Completely void of any friendly tone as I'd experienced with the other locations. Followed her back inside. She completed the estimate, still didn't speak, just handed me the estimate fresh off the printer, stapled. No explanation. I didn't even know where to look to find a cost! Found the cost, asked a question, to her, regarding the repair procedure. Snarl face then turned stupefied. The I'm guessing 'manager', jumped in and very sarcastically explained that each Maaco would be different with scope of work, as each Maaco is individually operated. I'm 46 years old. Maaco has been around for 10 million years. All human beings are aware that Maacos are individually operated. His tone was so sarcastic and condescending, I couldn't fathom giving my money to this location. And in fact, their price beat the other Maaco locations! Sometimes it's more than the cost, however. Why on earth would I choose to leave my car in the care of individuals who clearly had a problem just from me walking in the door? No thanks. I let them know they'd be too difficult to work with. As I'm leaving, don't you know the black woman NOW finds her voice and sarcastically begins thanking me for my time, giving me all the well wishes in the world, and granting me a good day. So much attitude, so much lack of professional decorum, especially with her. She was indeed his pit bull on a leash. Let me add, I'm a black woman myself, obviously gay, not sure if that was an issue, but I'm done with Maaco on customer service alone.

Worst place ever!!!!! Manager is VERY rude and unprofessional!!!! I had a small dent on my roof line...two trys later it was fixed but they had overspray on my hood and all over my front window. They left a lot of debris on the interior roof where they held on to fix the dent in the truck’s roof. Trust me go somewhere else!

Maaco in Fayetteville did an amazing job on my car! They provide quality services for a very reasonable price, and the staff is incredibly friendly and they really work with you on pricing and options! Admittedly, I don't know much about cars but the manager took his time to explain everything to me and keep me up to speed on the whole process. My car was ready for pick up on time, and I am extremely pleased with the results!

Terrible place. Rude. Waist of time.

My paint job was good, but the car was silver when it went in and grey when returned.
