I absolutely LOVED the person that helped me at the Orchard branch of Sherwin Williams in boise. Her name was Shelli or Shelley or Shelby - something like that. I was really struggling to figure out colors to go with tile and flooring that I had brought in. She walked over and asked if she could be of assistance and seriously...within 2 minutes we had our wall and trim color and...its now on and absolutely gorgeous. She has worked there for 20-25 years and I LOVE HER!!!! Can you please give her a raise or recognition of somekind...she made my life so much easier and I will always go back there to work with her and...just BECAUSE of her!!!

At this location I found Alberto to be both knowledgeable and kind! Alberto helped me, via phone, regarding a product (Solo) which is a contractor product. He took time to explain to me all my options and his guidance kept quality and price at the top of the list. Thank you , Alberto!
