It is truley a small world!
( Will Explain Below! ), Ok, sitting in my office today in West-End, discussing my experience with Nash Painting. It all started with a phone call, Bill of Nash Painting was responsive and was lined up for a free onsite proposal for our residential paint job. Bill was actually the 5th and final proposal we planned on getting. Normally we would only interact with three companies since that is the normal procedure of things, but considering the large amount of money to be spent, I do admit and with a hint of guilt, called upon 5 local painting companies to bid the job. The first two went fine the prices were about the same and cheap, just a few hundred off. The third and forth were higher than the first two but ironically very similar in price only again a few hundred off eachother. Then came Nash Painting, initially I thought saving best for last! That was not the case, Bill arrived and was nice enough to explain the process as the others did. Each proposal from each different company was all explained and seemed about right answer and they all seemed to have enough experience. Nash Painting on the other hand explained in super high detail of the entire process almost to the point of exhausting, at this point I was getting a little concerned. Bill was nice enough but he continued need to describe every little detail of every little aspect seemed hyper sensitive and was actual confusing me. My concern starting because all of this "hyper detailed" and "hyper strategic" and "hyper preparation", sounded very exspensive. After all, isn't it just a matter of doing good prep and paint job? When did it become rocket science? I was blown away how overly complicated he made this paint job become. Well, I was not disappointed with the proposal after all that discussion because he presented to me a proposal that was 4 times more that the other highest bids!!! I was shocked!!! I didn't even know how to respond to this so I decided not to. Several weeks pass and I see his proposal on my desk, I started to do some research as to why and how this self righteous person could even pass this off to me, I become insulted quickly after rereading it. I'm sitting with my co worker who by chance says his brother worked for Nash Painting after talking to him, he told me that his brothers experience is that despite all the self righteous and justifications of Bill at Nash Painting, he was instructed to cut corners in the effort to maximize proffit. Well this news really angered me! Rewind-Because part of Bills "sales pitch", is to ensure me that no corners are cut and his work is the "most premium". I spoke with my coworker about this, and even got his brother on speaker phone in our conference room, he told story after story where Bill would use the name of God to justify doing wrong to others and he always charged more than anyone for service that was at best sloppy ( in his opinion ). There is to much to mention, but the moral of the story was that Nash Painting from my experience is based on a lie. Price gauging whenever and wherever they can. So after speaking with one his past employees through my coworker, and having personally interacted with Nash Painting for his rediculous over priced and priced gauging bid. I have concluded that if he is doing what he did to me Nash Painting is ripping off the general public by invoking the name of "god" and pitching "we don't compete on price" both of which I noticed on his website. My experience with Nash Painting was a real eye opener, and I feel scammed for even interacting with him.
