Had a horrible experience here, customer service from the man and older woman who is assistant manager were AWFUL to say the least. I was there over an hour, I was ignored, the man sat in the office doing nothing, the manager knew it ALL but couldn't get my stain right, was argumentative, one track mind, and didn't seem to like her job or want to be there. Helped other customers while in the middle of helping me, OVER an hour for a can of stain is ridiculous. We have a residential construction business, we will NEVER EVER go back here or recommend it to anyone, waste of time. I was so frustrated I just took it how she mixed it knowing I didn't like it, I had to get out of there. I will say we saw Amber there the night before who was wonderful, helpful and listened, I was very happy with the wall color she helped us pick out for this project and I am sure my visit would have gone much better had she been working. Need fresh faces here, people there now do not want to be there and it shows in the customer service. May as well be a coffee shop for gossip and hanging out, regulars are the only ones who get treated good here.

First I walk into the store and the two girls working do not even speak. I then collect all my items stand at the register and they continue to act as if I’m not there. Never said hello, may I help you, how are you, ready to check out...nothing. I returned my items to the shelves and left. NEVER going back!! I spent a total of about 20 minutes at the store and was never acknowledged. Terrible customer service.

Had to get industrial grade paint for work and was told to go to Sherwin Williams...this happened to be a FAIL on my part.(unfortunately I had my 2year old with me so I already knew this could be not ideal) that being said when I got to the store the man behind the counter was talking sports with a customer who was already paid and done...the lady( I don't know names; they didn't have name tags) tried to help by giving my kid crayons and coloring books and made an attempt to help us but needed more info so she was going to ask the guy who was blatantly ignoring us to keep up his conversation. By the time I waited and was ready to go they finally got around to us with no apologies just to tell me he couldn't mix the paint I needed...now I'll be heading to another store on my wild hunt for paint and hopefully better customer service. I would not go back to this location or send a friend...

The benefit of going to Sherwin vs Lowe's or Home Depot is the staff. Not only are they more knowledgeable and better able to help you meet your painting needs and expectations, they are super friendly and invested in making sure you have what you need for a smooth project.

You can be a complete novice to the world of painting & come out of the store feeling like a pro, because of their staff.
