I am extremely pleased with the customer service and quality of work provided by Fielder Paint and Body. I recently had repairs done to the hood of my car, as well as the passenger side back door. My car looks great and the work was done efficiently. I highly recommend this body shop.

I had never been in an accident before I moved to Shreveport. Within 2 years I had been hit 3 times by other people. Recently got in a fender bender with 18 wheeler. This is the only place I'll go to, to get body work done. They give you an estimate in about 10 minutes. Even though the estimate is quick, they get every detail of the car and damage. I had a small cut on my rim (American Racing) and they included money to replace it. They are very quick doing the jobs. First time I brought it there they finished fixing 2 part sa of my car in about 2 weeks. This most recent time it was just the back passenger fender and rim and it only took 3 days. I've had my front bumper come loose from hitting something so I brought it up there and they fixed it for me for free in 5 minutes! Great people with unrivalled service.

Good body shop they do good work

I definitely was not impressed with the service I received at this location. I had some front end damage to a new vehicle and sent it to this body shop against my insurance companies advice. The gentleman I was in constant contact with continuously gave me inaccurate dates of completion. He would constantly say it would be done by Friday and unfortunately, it never was. I was very patient at first, however, due to my work demands I was continuously rescheduling travel plans in order to pick up my vehicle on certain dates that weren't accurate. Each time we'd talk, Fridays would turn into Mondays and then Mondays would turn into the next Friday. This went on for an entire month beyond the original expected completion date. Additionally, the supervisor (I'm assuming) would always tell me that if anything changed he would let me know, he not once contacted me to let me know. Once again, leaving me stranded on making work arrangements. Finally, after receiving a call to pick up the vehicle, I showed up to find that my 4 month old car looked like a disaster. The hood was far from square, each of the panels was off center, one of the headlights was sticking out about a half inch, and the inspection sticker had fallen off and was laying on the dash. As always, the supervisor came out to look at it and blamed everyone under the sun minus himself. He told me that those vehicles were very difficult and they didn't know how to do it so they had to rent a similar model to determine how to do the work. At this point I felt uncomfortable with them doing it. Look, I get it, if you don't know what you are doing that's fine, just man up and admit it. I'll go somewhere else without any hard feelings. After returning once again to pick up the vehicle and it still not being ready I was honest and said I would rather just take it to someone else being that the supervisor wasn't exactly a man of his word and they didn't know what they were doing. He was pretty butt hurt over this and decided to threaten me by saying that if I was going to have "attitude" (or honesty, call it what you want) he'd keep the vehicle on his lot until full payment was received even though I was willing to pay out of pocket to get it off his lot. The next day I did receive my vehicle. It was still sub par but being they'd had it two months I needed my vehicle back. They did do a stand up job on the paint, I'll give them that. However, their customer service was less than acceptable.Oh and not to mention I am missing a vent visor once I picked it up.

I had over $9,000 worth of work done on my car and they did not touch up anything extra at all! My car is falling apart after only about 2 years. They were very rude too me!!!
