Per website, Fresh Coat Frisco services Plano, Frisco and Little Elm. I live on the Little Elm/Frisco border so scheduled a consultation via the website. The day before my appointment, I received and text confirmation and email confirmation letting me know who would be coming to my house for the consultation. Great! The day of my appointment, no one had showed up. After 40 minutes I called Darrell and he said he would call the individual who was scheduled to be at my home. A few minutes goes by and Darrell calls me and says they discovered I was in Little Elm and they do not cover that area. Darrell explained that he contacted the Denton rep, Brett, and had me rescheduled with Brett, so he wasn’t sure what happened. Darrell said Brett would be calling me. Another 20 minutes goes by and my husband calls Darrell to figure out what is going on. Darrell said he left a voicemail with Brett instructing him to call me. Brett finally calls and says his schedule is completely booked and that he was never contacted, but said he would be happy to reschedule for next week. I told him I would call him back after I thought about it. I ultimately decided NOT to call Brett back because the whole situation had turned into such a cluster, I was honestly not willing to find out what doing business with them would be like.
