My wife and I bought a large cape this year and the previous home owner had let the paint go badly. We had O'Connor painting repaint the entire home in September 2010 and we could not be happier with the result. The job was $6900 and included sanding loose stain/paint, power washing the house and shed. High quality Benjamin Moore products were used for the job and included two coats of Benjamin Moore house stain, two coats of Benjamin Moore Aura paint on the trim and a coat of Benjamin Moore Arborcoat deck stain for the deck. Ritchie and his crew did a ton of prep work on the house. Large areas of clapboard had to be sanded down to bare wood and primed before the house could be stained. They did a great job and didn’t skimp on the prep work one bit. Also Ritchie the owner was there every single day of the job. The entire house was brushed with a small amount of roller work - No spraying! Ritchie and his team were always on time and did the work they said they were going to do. They were careful to put down drop cloths and I found no spilled paint. The entire job took 7 days, from start to finish. Ritchie hired additional help for the prep work on day one. Thereafter Ritchie, his brother, and carpenter did all of the painting themselves. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again. A+ -Homeowner in Wrentham.
