These folks are terrific ! Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and practical. I've had awesome results with Sherwin Williams products (much better than Behr or other big box paint lines) and that, plus the excellent customer service, keeps me coming back. As for pricing, SW has regular 30% & 40% off promotions every 3 or 4 weeks - which makes their products less expensive than the big box stores. So you get superior products at a very reasonable price delivered with great customer service. Win Win ! Not sure why that one-star customer had such an unhappy experience, but am guessing -based on the overall tone of their comment - that perhaps they themselves were not particularly pleasant when in the store. Even excellent customer service won't overcome the nasty/negative attitude of customer with a chip on their shoulder

reviewing the store service & quality of the products - returned a gal of paint because the rim was crusted with rust and it was falling into the paint - the manager argued with me to the point of saying "I don't have to do anything for you" - when in fact he could have 1) strained it for me as i don't at the point know that was an available option 2) using a plastic rim on the can he could have poured the paint into a new empty can. However this owner chose to trash the customer service . I have used Benjamin Moore for ages and never after opening a can in storage for several years have I experienced this rust which leads me to believe Sherwin Williams is using cheap made in China cans. Moral of story: use the paint up because you can't store it for future - the can will rust out at the rim. As for this owner, what a nasty surprise he was. I left my 3/4 full can of paint that cost me around $40 and walked out. What a jerk. I had spent around $300+ to paint my new home prior to asking for his help with the rust and asking for a $30 refund on this one can as it was unusable. Paint is ok but if you have a problem the manager of this store will not work with you. complete moron in a business sense.
