Very disappointing, especially for a High End paint store....... My wife and I stopped in yesterday to select a stain for the concrete we are getting. We walked into an empty store and wasn't even acknowledge by the girl behind the counter. We walked around for a short bit, however since the employee never said "can I help you?" Well I finally approach her and explained what we were doing on the request of our contractor, and she pointed us over to the wood stains for decks. She said for us to select our choice and they could make it work for concrete. However while looking at this wood stain selection for a bit, I just felt that it was correct so I said loudly to my wife "this doesn't seem right as every choice refers to wood, why would we get Birch Wood for our concrete". I was hoping she would then cover over and actually assist us, but nothing. So knowing we weren't going to get any help, we started to walk toward the door. In doing so we finally came across concrete stains and took a couple brochures and we left.
Very disappointing, especially for a brand like Sherwin-Williams. I'll continue to stay with Home Depot for my paint needs, and HD is not that great either but sure better than the experience we had yesterday.
