No small sample size stains to test with! Don't even have paint chips to bring back to the customer to show them what it MIGHT look like! You have to buy a quart of stain, just to test what color MIGHT come out, on the wood you are applying it to. RIDICULOUS! I used to love them, but I think they are going downhill fast! I'm going to have to find another source, and quick!

great customer service - saleslady!

I had the worst shopping experience ever tonight. I just needed 2 gallons of sheet rock primer. I called the store to make sure they had some there as I live 30 min away. I was at this store for 45 minutes and I didn't end up getting my sheet rock primer! I asked the only worker there for sheet rock primer and he went in the back and brought out 2 cans. I planned on getting some stain and a sanding supplies too as I wanted to be over $50 as I had a $10 off coupon. He had to help other people first so I had to wait. After he mixed my stain, he asked what else I needed, and I told him just the 2 gallons of sheet rock primer. He then he tells me that they are all out!!! So my purchase came to $46.93 and I didn't get to use my $10 off coupon! I'm very upset that he didn't tell me right away that they didn't have any sheetrock primer. It wouldn't have been so bad if they hadn't told me over the phone that they had it there . The gentleman that they had working there was not qualified to be working alone with that many customers. If he would have told me right away that he didn't have any sheetrock primer, I would have left right away.

The salesman looked up my purchases from three years ago and found the exact match and type of paint.
