Brought in my Honda Civic for a direct repair. Wildlife claim. Rod was able to do an estimate the same day I hit a deer. From start to finish I received excellent customer service and great correspondence. When the parts came in, Rod also arranged for a rental vehicle to be present for my convenience. Glad I have extended loss of use coverage. The repair itself was done promptly. Returning the rental was also easy. My car is restored, and the repairs are solid. Good job. It's nice to find people who take pride in their work.

Awesome experience. Josh and his crew went above and beyond when i took my car in to be repaired. The car was ready when they said it would be; they touched up nicks and scratches and detailed my car so it looked like new. I would highly recommend Maaco Winnipeg.

I love Rod and Josh. The customer service I received was well beyond any expectation I had. I’ve taken 2 mpi claims there, on separate vehicles. They do outstanding work, I wouldn’t trust my vehicle to anyone else. When I take it to Maaco I know I’ll get excellent service. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Called to get an estimate on a paint job and the person I spoke to was incredibly snarky and rude. will not be getting services from them OR referring anyone to them. Absolutely horrible first point of contact.

I read all these reviews, some were good, others not so good. This is something I fully come to expect when reading "reviews" as everyone has various reasons to like or dislike the service provided to them. For myself (over 10 vehicles over 30 years)...I've had no concerns to warrant not returning. Rod (and Josh), have always been friendly and courteous and have had extremely quick turnaround times. I'm not an expert on this subject, however perhaps some are unaware that for a job to be done properly, especially body work / painting, it requires more time for completion. Without question I recommend this particular Maaco to others. Try them out and you'll see for yourself. I tried to give 4.5 stars as no ones perfect and we all have room to improve...but wouldn't let me so I rounded up and gave them 5.0.
