Had a good experience. Good, quality work was done on my car which had dents and scratches. It was returned to its original state. People were nice and friendly throughout my experience! As always, make sure you yourself check the end quality of the work. I noticed something and they were quick to fix it.

I recently had my car repaired at Maaco, and I could not be more satisfied with the service and the work! I was in a collision and was in need of a new radiator and support system, a new front bumper with paint, and a new stater (and a lot of smaller parts to go with it as you can imagine). Maaco worked in a very timely manner to get me back on the road as quickly as possible and worked well within my budget.

I worked with Mark, owner of this location and the service, communication and timeline was OUTSTANDING! I took my car due to someone hit me and Mark worked with me, he was very detailed on what would be done to my car and also communicated when my car would be ready. GREAT customer service and my whip is on point and beautiful. I highly recommend Maaco Collision in Richfield, MN! Job well done and a very satisfied customer!!!

Uh Oh - I went to Maaco! It started off on the right foot, then took a turn for the worst. Went in for some rust repair underneath the windshield in order to install new as well as some touch up due to rust on the hood and tailgate of SUV. Once completed (the first time) there were fingerprints in the paint. Told them about it and they fixed it quickly (so they thought). Went back to pick up a second time. Get home and go over the work completed, missed paint at the tailgate (which is still missing), chips in paint on hood (said they couldn't get it right because of the exiting paint). I bring it back for a third time, they ended up ordering a new hood a couple weeks later and replacing, finally got the hood right. Third time is a charm! They also touched up paint around windshield due to fingerprints and finally got that right. Throughout the process, i was less than impressed, communication was horrible. I was always calling to get updates when they said they would call me by such and such a time. It was always dark when getting my car (lead me to believe that they may have done this on purpose to hide something or sub-par work that they do). By this time, Mark didn't want to deal with me and passed it off to the receptionist. To add to it, they had taken some parts off the tailgate in order to paint, I specifically told them to re-install twice, and still didn't happen. I ended up doing that myself. To boot, i need to get the exterior detailed to buff out scratches due obviously zipper and/or button wear when leaning up on the car when getting repairs done. Go figure, I bring in for paint touch up, i come out with having to do more. Partially my fault for not stopping payment when I first picked up the vehicle until the work was done, and done right. The first and last time I will go to this shop. Might do for your rental companies or taxi cab companies low dollar value and high volume, but not an owner that cares about their car. Stay Away.

Unbelievable, excellent! I had never been too, nor used a Maaco. I knew from the minute I started talking to Mark by his professionalism and the way he listened I would be in good hands. I took an older Mercedes classic to them and they went over the entire car and did a thorough, outstanding job at an unbelievable price. Highly, HIGHLY recommend!
